CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally understand that things come up last minute, which means you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any changes. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee (deposit included) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
